Due to unforeseen circumstances, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all aspects of the itinerary will be covered. If any level or Eiffel tower is closed, the ticket price difference for the restricted floor will be reimbursed. On day 1 if delayed due to any reason, we will replace Brussels city tour with Zurich city tour on Day 2.
After a warm reception from your tour manager at your dedicated pick-up point settle in your comfortable coach as we set off to cross the English Channel. From Calais, we make our way towards Belgium. On arrival, we enjoy a walking tour of Brussels covering the Old Town to enjoy the marvelous sightings at the Grand Place such as the guildhalls, city's Town Hall, the King's House or Breadhouse building containing the Museum of the City of Brussels. Walk down the adjacent street to see Belgium's favorite Manneken Pis statue - a small bronze statue of a little peeing boy. We than take a photo stop at the most iconic giant stainless-steel structure of Brussels, The Atomium, originally constructed for the 1958 Brussels World's Fair. We enjoy a delicious Indian meal at the restaurant before making our way to the hotel for our overnight stay.
After breakfast, we board the coach and make our way to Germany. Straight out of a Brothers Grimm fairy tale, Germany's Black Forest is the perfect backdrop for this morning's scenic drive. Our day will start by visiting the famous Cuckoo Clock outlet at Drubba Hofgut Sternen. Drubba is a family-run company that started out as a kiosk offering boat rental on the Titisee in the 1950s. The company recognised the shopping trend early on and began specialising in the sale of traditional cuckoo clocks and high-end wristwatches. Today Drubba Village is a well-known name amongst Asian visitors and a popular travel destination. During your visit you have some free time to immerse into the Black Forest Culture, take a refreshing forest stroll or spend time shopping. After lunch, we continue our journey into Switzerland where our first stop will be in Schaffhausen giving you an opportunity to capture the cascading waters of the Rhine falls, Europe's biggest waterfall. Huge masses of water cascade down over the rocks over a width of 150 m! Take courage: you shouldn't miss the drive and the climb to the middle rock. After spending some free time at Rhine Falls, we proceed towards the scenic region of Lake Lucerne to see the famous Chapel Bridge, one of the oldest wooden bridges in the world. Here have some free time to admire Lake Luzern and its beautiful, picturesque surroundings. Later we walk for a photo stop at the Lion Monument which is a proud landmark of the city of Lucerne and a popular attraction. The Lion of Lucerne lies in his lair in one of the idyllic parks in the centre of the city. This striking stone lion is more than just a monument. Depending on your perspective, it can be a memorial, work of art or monument. Later enjoy an Indian meal before checking into your hotel for our overnight stay.
Today after checking out from the hotel, we proceed to Mt Titlis where we take the world's first revolving cable car 'Titlis Rotair'. The Rotair offers you a 360-degree view of the Swiss Alps. Upon reaching at the summit, enjoy Ice Grotto, take pictures in traditional Swiss outfits, or walk the highest Cliff Walk (Subject to operation). After lunch, we make our way to Interlaken, a small town between 2 lakes - Lake Brienz and Lake Thun. Built on a narrow stretch of valley, Interlaken city is a traditional resort town in the mountainous Bernese Oberland region of central Switzerland and the most famous tourist destination. You can have a stroll through the Kursaal Garden, where you can see a statue of the renowned Indian filmmaker, the late Yash Chopra or enjoy free time at the hoheweg, which is Interlaken's main street. Later get settled in your coach as we drive towards the capital of Swiss, Bern. Here have a short walking tour of the old town covering the Zytglogge (the famous clock tower), the parliament square, the Bärengraben (Bear pit) and many more. We enjoy a delicious Indian meal at the restaurant before making our way to the hotel for our overnight stay
After breakfast check out from the hotel and settle in your comfortable coach as we head towards the French capital. We will be reaching Paris around late afternoon with a quick stop enroute for lunch. To truly see Paris in all its glory, you need to see it from the Seine. Enjoy a cruise along this famous river with entirely glass-topped vessels and take in unmatched views of the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, and many other landmarks. We indulge in an Indian meal before continuing to the center of Paris for our optional Paris by night tour. The tour will cover historic sites such as Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe and the extravagant Eiffel Tower sparkle. After the mesmerizing night tour of Paris return to your hotel for your comfortable overnight stay.
This morning we proceed to the city center of Paris to visit the top floor of Eiffel Tower (subject to operation). Enjoy spectacular views of the city from the topmost level. After lunch, with a taste of Europe under your belt, you will long for more, but for now, you will have to be contented with the good times you have enjoyed with new friends. Reminisce over the experiences you have shared from Brussels to Lucerne to Paris as you journey across the Somme battlefields and cross the English Channel to Dover. Upon arrival, you proceed towards your respective drop off points and bid farewell to all friends you have made on the tour.
